Allen Perry, Assessor and Trainer

Allen is a dedicated public safety professional with over 21 years of experience in law enforcement. He has designed and provided a variety of engagement programs that empower the community, in addition to his experience as a street officer.  He unites his knowledge, advanced training, and commitment to service in his role as a private safety and crime prevention consultant and educator with Perry Partners Consulting. 

He has provided threat assessment reports and training for a wide range of organizations, including:

• religious institutions

• non-profit entities

• healthcare workers

• multifamily and co-op housing providers

• educational facilities

• dispersed and single location businesses

He is a Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) Certified Crime Prevention Officer, and he serves as a subject matter expert on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and security assessments.

Allen is responsible for the CPTED plan reviews in his community, which has allowed him to become familiar with security and violence prevention strategies across academic, religious, and healthcare institutions.

Additionally, Allen is a certified CPTED practitioner through Crime Prevention Center for Training and Services and holds a Level II National Crime Prevention Certification from the National Crime Prevention Council. MPO Perry designed and implemented his community’s Religious Institutions Security Program (RISP).
